Under National Parks Board, Two Integrated Bicycle Kiosks @ East Coast Park Area B1 and E2
TENDER CONCEPT
The Business shall shall provide the following:
- an integrated rental system for bicycles between the two kiosks at East Coast Park Area B1 and E2 (i.e. bicycles rented at one kiosk may be returned at the other kiosk)
- a range of bicycles which cater to both learners and experienced cyclists of all ages
- bicycle tyre pumping facilities on a 24-hour basis to cyclists at both kiosks
Total Usable Area B1: 80sqm or 861sqft (GFA) + 20sqm or 215sqft (Outdoor area)
Total Usable Area E2: 201sqm or 2,164sqft
The licensee must also propose a system of transporting/re-locating bicycles between each kiosk and ensuring adequate bicycles for rental at the kiosks at East Coast Park Area B1 and E2.
Tenure of three (3) years with option for renewal of one (1) further term of three (3) years.
Options for other services (subject to Licensor’s approval):
– Sale of light snacks and pre-packed food suitable for families and children
– Rent and/or retail compatible sports and recreation products (e.g.skates)
– Organise workshop and events that educate the public on safe cycling and cycling etiquette
