The Business shall shall provide the following:
- an integrated rental system for bicycles between the two kiosks at East
Coast Park Area B1 and E2 (i.e. bicycles rented at one kiosk may be returned at the other kiosk
- a range of bicycles which cater to both learners and experienced cyclists of all ages
- bicycle tyre pumping facilities on a 24-hour basis to cyclists at both kiosks
- The licensee must also propose a system of transporting/re-locating bicycles between each kiosk and ensuring adequate bicycles for rental at the kiosks at East Coast Park Area B1 and E2
- Tenure of three (3) years with option for renewal of one (1) further term of three (3) years
TOTAL USABLE AREA:
Area B1: 100 sqm or 1076 sqft (of which 80 sqm is the GFA and 20 sqm is the ORA)

Area E2: 201 sqm or 2164 sqft (GFA)
